each tribal elder is given 35k to build their palace and 2 slaves to work their fields and care for their children
(may use elixer, but increases chances of his kids killing him for the throne)
Priests and Nobles (under pharaoh) Patricians (under caesar) Warrior Aristocracy (Celt)
next richest/those closely related to the emperor given 20k for estates
higher end patricians (senators) working only in politics (and law?)
lower end (equites) running businesses, working in intelligence, running farms
nobles do the above, ranked by $, priests have a priestly shrine and are paid by nobles
Grand Vizier (Egypt) High Priest (Rome) Druid (Celt)
Egypt&Celt: chosen by the emperor from magical people, choose their own apprentices
Rome nobles third sons, most skilled charismatically for High Priest
live in palace or temple
paid by emperor
study their arts (magic or logic/charisma)
Military
Second sons of the nobles become generals/captains
commoner soldiers live in barracks
Practice athletic; logic (officers); mechanical?
Artisans, Craftsman (Egypt); Plebieans (Rome); Common People (Celt)
general skilled and non-skilled poor but free people
may not own property
provide goods (clothing, flowers, etc) and services (hair cutting, massage)
Farmers
work on the farms of the wealthy

Celt: acquired through war, debt, etc
marked by attire: togas or ? poor unadorned/loincloth

THE RULES:
EXPANSION:
- Starting in Summer, normal seasons
- A public bathhouse, and community lot businesses, a marketplace
- Artisans may hire an apprentice
- Rome may build a coliseum and forum; Celtic Sacred Groves (ritual sacrifice?)
- Temples must have a priest/priestess, acolytes (vates/bards), and slaves
- Babies, toddlers, and children roll even to survive to teen; wealthier families roll 1-5
- Elderhood not completely fatal for the wealthy: nobility may roll 1 for surviving the transition
- Witches in Rome are not safe and must flee to survive (witch killing back then was way worse)
- Heirs feeling antsy (midway through teen) may attempt to poison or otherwise assassinate their father/brothers.
- Wealthy ACPC may marry up into military, military into nobility, nobility into emperor's family
- There is no way to be freed as a slave, farmers may marry up to ACPC
- Fighting for glory? gladiators? military campaigns?
- Pottery, sewing, and flower arranging available
EXPANSION:
- Have one or two take over the others?
- 1 pt for every soldier with 5+ athletic, 2 for 8+; 1 for general with logic 5+, 2 for 8+;
- pts for greater wealth depending on difference between armies
- pt if one army has many more soldiers, even if unskilled
